Where do people work after graduating in spatial planning?
Students who have completed their bachelor's degree in spatial planning often go on to do a master's degree in order to deepen their specialization and continue their education. However, it is also possible to get a job as a spatial planner after completing a Bachelor's degree, for example in the planning and building departments of municipalities or cities. They also work in responsible positions in federal offices and cantonal administrations, as well as in transport planning, environmental planning and spatial planning offices. They are also employed at Universities or by professional associations, and rarely in the private sector.
