Wie werden die Gruppen für die einzelnen Sprachkurse eingeteilt?
How are the groups divided for the individual language courses?
There are language schools that make a rough classification of the language course before the students arrive. This is only possible if each participant completes a language test in advance to determine their language level. This is done either online or by letter, so that the language school has the opportunity to put the language students together with equally "strong" or "weak" students. This creates a homogeneous group that enables the best possible language acquisition, as there are fewer over- or underchallenges regarding the learning material. Often, however, such a placement test for Spanish is only carried out on site on the first day of the course and the groups are then divided up. This option has the advantage that all acquired language skills can be taken into account, including those that have been acquired in the weeks before the language stay, for example. As a rule, however, you can also change courses if you find yourself in a Spanish course that does not correspond to your language level and can be upgraded or downgraded. You can do this both at the beginning and during the course. However, as this is not always possible at all language schools in Spain, you should definitely enquire about this point before booking.
