How many years of experience in food technology is required for the FPE?
Depending on the basic training, different numbers of years of professional experience are required for the Federal Professional Examination in Food Technology. Persons without a Federal VET Diploma in food technology or a related basic training course must have four years of experience as a food technologist instead of two.
