How many years of professional experience do I need for the Federal Professional Examination for Purchasing Managers? (Purchasing Specialist with Federal Diploma of Higher Education)
To be able to take the Federal Professional Examination for Purchasing Specialist with Federal Diploma of Higher Education, relevant professional experience in the areas of materials management, purchasing, procurement or logistics or a corresponding business area is required.
Persons with a Federal VET Diploma, vocational, technical or Baccalaureate certificate, technical college certificate or equivalent must have three years of this required professional experience.
For persons with a Federal VET Certificate (Federal VET Certificate), this is five years of relevant professional experience.
Persons who hold a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in materials management, purchasing, procurement or logistics are not required to have any additional years of professional experience.
