How many years of professional experience do I need for the FPE in Real Estate Valuation with Federal Diploma of Higher Education?
In order to be able to take the professional examination to become a real estate valuer with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, a Federal VET Diploma, a federally recognized commercial diploma, a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, a Federal Professional Examination, an Advanced Federal Professional Examination, a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, a Federal Diploma of Higher Education or equivalent, at least three years of full-time professional practice in a profession in the real estate industry are required.
Without this prior education, at least 5 years of full-time professional experience in a profession in the real estate industry are required, of which at least 2 years must be in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
