The professional training to become a certified adult educator HF lasts four to six semesters and comprises 1800 hours of study. Depending on the university of applied sciences, different course models are offered, including, for example, one full course day per week and one block week per semester, or full-day courses every two weeks on Fridays and Saturdays. In addition to the learning hours, there is also self-study, qualification procedures, supervised and reflected practice, as well as possible professional activity in the case of a part-time HF course, so that you will have 5400 learning hours during your entire training.
