The course costs for the advanced training course for chefs with a federal diploma depend on your employment relationship. If this is subject to the L-GAV, the national collective labor agreement, you will pay CHF 1,300 for the complete course including teaching materials and examination fees. If your employment relationship is not subject to the L-GAV, the costs amount to CHF 8,475 to CHF 12,120, depending on the canton.
