How long is the Federal Vocational Baccalaureate?
The Federal Vocational Baccalaureate is awarded after completion of vocational education and training (VET2) and for the development of qualified professionals:
- Full-time training lasts two semesters
- Part-time options usually last three to five semesters
- Another option is direct access to the Federal Vocational Baccalaureate examination. After individual preparation, a federal vocational baccalaureate certificate can be obtained. The amount of time required can be determined by the student.
