The duration of continuing education, further training for animal caretakers depends largely on what type of degree is being sought, what types of courses or offerings are involved and by whom, i.e. which school, it is offered.
One-day or multi-day training courses are offered on a wide range of training topics.
Continuing education, further training abroad is also possible, for example as a master animal keeper or zoo technician. ,
There are also vocational training courses, as well as a bachelor's degree in agronomy, all of which have a very different duration (1 day to three years).
