If you want to study film, you can do so at an appropriate Universities with a Bachelor's degree in Film or related subjects.
Bachelor's degree courses have a standard duration of six semesters of full-time study (part-time/part-time study is also possible depending on the course, the duration of study is extended accordingly), postgraduate Master's degree courses have a duration of four semesters.
Training at a College of Higher Education (CHE) in film making is often carried out on a part-time basis, also with a duration of six semesters, although this can vary depending on the CHE and the choice of course.
Courses at other schools in the field of "video and sound", which as further training courses address very different target groups, can last between one day and several months, depending on what is on offer.
