How long does a homeopathy course last?
A homeopathy course can consist of very different lectures or courses, so it is not possible to make a general statement about the duration of such continuing education, further training.
Many seminars only last a few hours, especially in the area of lay courses. Further training courses for practising homeopaths or other people working in the healthcare sector and specifically in alternative medicine usually comprise two to eight sessions spread over a longer period of time.
Complete training courses, such as the Federal Diploma in Naturopathy specializing in homeopathy, take at least four years; you need to allow a little more than six years for professional training at a College of Higher Education (only offered in the Canton of Zug).
