The training in Job Coaching with Federal Professional Examination lasts one year and comprises 30 attendance days and supervision. In addition to the attendance days, approximately 162 hours of accompanying self-study and 108 hours of self-directed self-study must be completed. Of course, there are also shorter training courses without Federal Professional Examination.
