How long do lessons last in vocational schools?
The career choice year at career choice schools lasts one school year (July or August to June or July) with 40 school weeks.
Depending on the chosen option, students attend school one to two days a week and complete a work placement on the remaining three to four days a week (practical or company-based vocational year), or they attend the school-based vocational preparation year, in which they attend school lessons five days a week.
