How does the certificate examination in HR Assistance Human Resources work?

The HRSE certificate examination for HR assistants is conducted in writing online and takes a total of three hours (half-day examination).

The assessment is made up of the following areas:

• 10 % Fundamentals of Human Resources Management
• 30 % Personnel administration
• 35 % Payroll administration and social insurance
• 25 % Fundamentals of labor law

The grades are awarded on a scale of 1 to 6. The overall grade is decisive, whereby a grade of 4.0 is considered sufficient. If the examination is not passed, it can be repeated as often as desired.
