How does the examination for the degree course in Supervision with AFPE work?
The final examination for the Supervisor-Coach course with a federal diploma consists of four parts. The approximately 60-page diploma thesis is prepared in advance, as is the maximum 20-page counseling concept. In a practical live consultation and assessment, the candidates then advise a client, give feedback on an observed sequence and conduct an evaluation discussion with the consultant. A final colloquium is the last of the four parts of the examination, which takes place orally.
