How is team training structured?
For team training to achieve the desired success, it must be tailored to the individual teams. This does not necessarily mean that only individually designed team development training is beneficial, but that attention should be paid to team dynamics and team characteristics. The training often begins with an assessment of the current situation and team-building measures. Most team training is practically oriented, integrating exercises, work, role plays and activities into the training and avoiding too much theory. Others use special team management methods that specifically analyze the strengths of individual team members and identify weaknesses within the team that need to be eliminated. It is best to arrange a personal meeting with the individual training providers to clarify these questions individually.
