The continuing education, further training to become a certified auditor prepares participants for the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE), for which all required module examinations must be passed or corresponding certificates of equivalence must be presented for admission. In the basic level of training, the modules "Accounting & Finance (A&F)" with the areas of Corporate Finance, Management & Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting (FR), as well as the modules "Audit" and "Tax & Legal" are attended. At the advanced level, the "Professional Judgement (PJ)" module is completed.
