How is the Federal Professional Examination for Real Estate Managers structured?
The Federal Professional Examination to become a real estate manager or real estate manager with a federal certificate consists of five parts: Law (written), construction knowledge (written), personnel management /written), real estate management (written), real estate management (oral). The written and oral examinations in real estate management are scored twice, the other results are scored once. The examination is deemed to have been passed if the overall grade is at least 4.0, no more than one part of the examination is below 4.0, no part of the examination is below 3.0 and the rounded average of the "real estate management" parts of the examination is not worse than 4.0.
