How is the Federal Professional Examination for Real Estate Managers structured?
The Federal Professional Examination for Real Estate Managers or Real Estate Managers with Federal Diploma of Higher Education consists of five parts. The "Law" part of the examination is a two-hour written examination with a single mark, "Construction knowledge" is a one-and-a-half hour written examination, also with a single mark, as is the "Personnel management" part of the examination.
