How is the final examination to become a certified organizational consultant structured?
The final examination for the Advanced Federal Professional Examination for Consultants leading to the qualification of Organizational Consultant with a Federal Diploma comprises four parts. The first part is a diploma thesis of around 60 pages and a consulting concept of a maximum of 20 pages, both of which must be prepared in advance. The third part of the examination is an 80-minute live consultation and assessment, and the fourth is a final colloquium lasting one and a half hours.
