How is the workshop coordinator certificate course structured?
The workshop coordinator certificate course lasts two semesters and is divided into four modules: Workshop Processes, Personnel Management, Legal Responsibilities and Customer Contacts and Administration. This course provides you with the skills you need to work as a workshop manager. After passing the written examination, graduates receive the AGVS certificate.
