How is the certificate course in logistics management structured?
A certificate course in logistics management or logistics assistant can be designed and structured very differently depending on the school. For example, some courses consist of several modules that can be completed individually and lead up to the Federal Professional Examination (FPE) in Logistics Specialist FA. After one semester of training, the SSC exam can be taken, which is federally recognized and mandatory for admission to the FPE. The course covers topics such as economics, employee management, self-management, finance and accounting, project management, supply chain management and quality management. Case study training and business games may also be included in the continuing education, further training.
