How is the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy structured?
In addition to the Master of Science, the Master's degree course in Occupational Therapy also leads to the European Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, as the part-time course is a European Master's degree with Swiss approval. For students, this means an international orientation and experience, as they do not study exclusively here in Switzerland, but at a total of five Universities. These are the University of Brighton in Eastbourne, Great Britain; the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands; the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur, the University College Absalon in Naestved, Denmark, and the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden. Students spend two weeks at each of these Universities and write their Master's thesis in the 6th semester.
