How is the Master of Business Law structured?
The continuing education program for a Master of Law (Business Law) comprises three certificate courses (CAS), each worth 15 ECTS credits, as well as a Master's thesis. Here, non-lawyers and lawyers are taught sound knowledge of business law, which is further deepened in self-study. The CAS courses are Contract and Trade Law in the first semester (CAS Contract & Trade Law), Employment Law and Leadership (CAS Employment Law & Leadership) or CAS IT & Law in the second semester and CAS Compliance & Corporate Governance in the third semester. The Master's thesis (ZPO & Moot Court) takes place in the fourth semester.
