Wie ist der Master Ausbildungsmanagement aufgebaut?

The Master in Educational Management consists of 62 ECTS with a duration of 61.5 days of teaching. A study trip is also included in the Master's program. Possible study destinations are Germany, USA, France, Austria, Singapore and Finland. The MAS in Education Management comprises four certificate courses:

• CAS Designing educational programs for adults (Module A: Planning and evaluating educational processes, Module B: Using methods to design learning processes)
• CAS Designing learning processes of individuals and groups (Module C: Managing group and team dynamics, Module D: Promoting Formal and Informal Learning Processes of Individuals and Groups)
• CAS Designing Innovation and Transformation in Education (Module E: Managing Education and Personnel Development Projects, Module F: Initiating and Implementing Innovation in Educational Organizations, Module G: Supporting Change Processes)
• CAS Leading Education Strategically in Organizations (Module H: Strategically Aligning and Leading Educational Organizations, Module I: Marketing Educational Offers, Module J: Developing Quality in Organizations)

There is also the "Promoting intercultural competence" module and the Master's module. Trainers with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education or an equivalent qualification can enter Module E directly.
