How is the MAS in Business Law UAS structured?
The MAS in Business Law UAS listed here is a continuing education Master in Business Law and comprises 60 ECTS. The first semester of the course focuses on contract and trade law with the Certificate of Advanced Studies CAS Contract & Trade Law. In the second semester, students choose between one of three CASs on the topics of employment law and leadership, intellectual property law and IT and law with the CAS Employment Law & Leadership, CAS Intellectual Property and CAS IT & Law. The third semester includes the CAS course Compliance & Corporate Governance, the fourth semester ZPO and Moot Court as well as the Master's thesis.
