How is the MAS in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy structured?
The continuing education program in physiotherapy for the MAS in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy consists of three CASs, the practice transfer and a Master's thesis. The CAS Clinical Expertise in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with the modules: Introduction, Fundamentals, Specialized Medical Knowledge, and the CAS Health Sciences and Professional Leadership with the modules: Health Sciences, Professional Leadership and an elective module: Coaching, Business Positioning and Marketing, Healthcare Switzerland or Human Resources Management, are compulsory CASs. The third CAS course can be chosen from the following:
- CAS in Occupational Therapy
- CAS in Hand Therapy
- CAS Pain
- CAS Special Methods in Manual Therapy
- CAS in Sports Physiotherapy
