Wie ist der MAS in Familienedukation aufgebaut?
How is the MAS in Family Education structured?
The Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Patient and Family Education is divided into three CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies), each of which consists of several modules. For example, the "CAS Clinical Assessment and Patient Counseling" consists of the modules "Clinical Assessment", "Patient Education" and "Nursing Research 1" or "Nursing Research 2". The "CAS Promoting Health and Self-Management Skills" consists of a module of the same name, the "Family-Centered Care and Counselling" module and a compulsory elective module. In the "CAS Education and Change Management" you will attend the modules: Developing Patient Education Programs; Facilitating and Managing Challenging Conversations; and Care Development and Professional Leadership. Following all three CASs, you will attend a Master's module and complete your studies with a Master's thesis.
