How is the Food Technology course designed?

The continuing education, further training in food law at the University of Applied Sciences was designed as a distance learning course, so there is no fixed day of the week on which classes take place. The latest exercises and documents for the learning units are uploaded to the learning platform every two weeks and can then be worked on individually. Nevertheless, participants are supervised by a tutor. The course consists of three modules, the first two of which are completed with an examination and the third module comprises the CAS final examination.
