How is the business law course structured for European and international business law?

The CAS in European and International Business Law program comprises 15 classroom sessions and is taught in English. The continuing education course is aimed at lawyers, managers and engineers, entrepreneurs, senior managers, specialists and high professionals from a wide range of industries and academic backgrounds. Students can choose between three different specializations: 1) Law & Business in Asia; 2) Law, Lobbying & Punlic Affairs and 3) Mergers & Acquisitions, each of which comprises three modules. Depending on the chosen focus, the individual modules take place at different international locations, such as St. Gallen, Shanghai and Tokyo (1st focus); St. Gallen, Luxembourg and St. Gallen (2nd focus); and Zurich, Frankfurt am Main and Brussels (3rd focus).
