Wie ist das Fernstudium in Rechtswissenschaften aufgebaut?

How is the distance learning program in law structured?

A distance learning course in law is a part-time course that lasts nine semesters and leads to a Bachelor of Law (BLaw). The blended learning method, with self-study, online study and classroom teaching, involves a learning effort of 500 to 600 hours per semester. Each semester, law students attend five face-to-face sessions per module as well as the examination dates in Fribourg; the minimum study period is six semesters and the maximum is 15 semesters. A maximum of two new modules and any failed modules can be taken each semester. A maximum of 60 ECTS can be credited from previously completed courses.
