The Bachelor's degree program in Materials and Process Engineering UAS prepares you comprehensively for a professional career as a process engineer. In the first two semesters you will learn the mathematical and scientific basics, in the third to sixth semesters the subject-specific basics (including thermodynamics and fluid dynamics, process engineering, product development, knowledge of materials, reaction engineering, mechanics, regulation, measurement and control technology, process engineering, materials analysis, plastics processing, cell biology, biological engineering, tribology). In the fifth and sixth semesters, you will also receive in-depth specialist training in which you will carry out independent project work in a development and research team. In addition, non-technical skills and knowledge such as presentation techniques, communication, report writing, management, law and business administration are taught throughout the course.
