If you would like to hold seminars at a different location, you have the option of renting a sufficiently large room in a seminar, conference or conference hotel and holding the course there. This option has the advantage that you don't have to worry about anything, neither the set-up nor the dismantling, the catering or the infrastructure. You will also find air-conditioned rooms in the summer, which makes perfect sense for training courses on hot days. The disadvantage is, of course, the increased cost of such a location, but the motivation and thus the success of a seminar is usually higher if course participants are not trained at their workplace.

Another option for some providers is to use their own premises. This option is certainly recommended if the seminar provider is within easy reach of your place of work (no more than 20-30 minutes away), as the entire infrastructure required for the course is already available, the course leader knows his surroundings and can therefore act with confidence. Here, too, you have the advantage that you are not responsible for preparing or cleaning up after the seminars and the catering is usually arranged by the provider. The costs for the premises are usually already included in the course fee and are considerably cheaper than in a conference hotel.
