What qualification is awarded after training as a mental trainer or coach?
Training to become a mental coach or trainer does not end with a federally recognized qualification, so each school decides for itself which qualifications it awards. In most cases, this is an internal school diploma. However, the BSO, Berufsverband für Supervision und Organosationsberatung, the SGfB, the Berufsverband für Beratungsnahe Ausbildungen, the ECA, the European Coaching Association and other associations that enjoy a certain degree of recognition within the industry set standards for good training and continuing education, further training, which many schools follow.
In addition to an internal school certificate in Mental Coaching, there are also some schools where you can complete the SVEB 1 certificate at the same time, which is recognized in adult education throughout Switzerland.
