How long does the CAS in Self-Management take?
The continuing education course with Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) "Strengthening self-management skills in organizations" comprises 15 ECTS credits, which are earned over 21 course days, spread over a total of 1.5 years. Six half-days are spent working in learning groups, which are accompanied three times by a coach. There are also two individual coaching sessions.
