What school-leaving qualification do I need for the property manager course?
To be admitted to the Real Estate Manager or Real Estate Manager Federal Professional Examination, candidates must have at least three years of vocational education and training, a Baccalaureate, a degree from a federally recognized commercial college, a FPE, AFPE, CHE or UAS. In addition, candidates must have worked full-time in the real estate industry for at least three years after completing their basic training. Persons without one of the above-mentioned qualifications must have worked full-time in the real estate industry for at least five years, including at least two years in Switzerland or the FL.
