Welche Zulassungskriterien gelten für die Berufsprüfung Tourismusassistent / Tourismusassistentin mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis (neu Gästebetreuer / Gästebetreuerin im Tourismus)?

• Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Federal VET Diploma / apprenticeship certificate) or equivalent training

or

• Matura or equivalent qualification (also from abroad) at upper-secondary level

and

• At least one year of professional experience at the start of training
• At least two years of professional experience at the start of the examination, including at least one year in tourism with guest contact (travel agency, tourist office, mountain railroad, transport and leisure organization, tour operator, airline, hotel, hospitality business).
• Good knowledge of German and at least one foreign language at level B1
• Proof of the five required module qualifications or confirmation of equivalence.
