What admission requirements do I have to fulfill for the AFPE to become a purchasing manager? (formerly purchaser)
Anyone wishing to take the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) to become a purchasing manager with a federal diploma must meet the following requirements:
- Federal VET Diploma, high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, materials management or logistics
or
- Federal Diploma of Higher Education and 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, materials management or logistics
or
- Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) with a federal diploma, College of Higher Education (CHE), University of Applied Sciences (UAS) or University and 2 years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, materials management or logistics
and
- Required module or equivalence certificates
