A Federal Diploma Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in the field of mechanical engineering is required for admission to the mechanical engineering course at a College of Higher Education.
In the case of a different Federal VET Diploma, vocational, technical or grammar school leaving certificate, a Fachmitte certificate or an equivalent qualification, admission is possible "sur dossier" via the school management.
In addition, an employment of at least 50% in the area of training is required for in-service training.
