What are the admission requirements for the CAS in Food Law?
The CAS Food Law certificate course at a University of Applied Sciences is generally open to people who have a university degree or comparable education as well as professionals with adequate qualifications and at least three years of professional experience, including at least one year in a food business.
The Head of Studies decides on the admission of persons without a university degree (admission "sur dossier").
