What further training opportunities are there for dental assistants?
Dental assistants have the following training opportunities:
- Courses at vocational schools, dental and other health schools, professional associations and foundations, e.g. school dental care instructor (SZPI).
Association diplomas as - Prophylaxis assistant
- Practice administrator
- Medical secretary
- Dental assistants can complete the CHE in dental hygiene; all that is required is an aptitude test (manual dexterity, learning ability and personality test). To be on the safe side, check the admission requirements with the College of Higher Education of your choice.
