What are the requirements for CAS continuing education, further training as a team leader?
Continuing education, further training to become a team leader at a university in the form of a certificate course (e.g. CAS in Team Leadership or CAS in Successfully Managing and Supporting Teams) is aimed at different target groups depending on the university, which is why different requirements are placed on the participants.
For example, there are Universities that require prospective students (in addition to a tertiary degree) to currently work in a team or group or be in an advisory or management position and be able to contribute current experience to continuing education, further training. However, there are also courses offered by Universities that are explicitly aimed at working people without relevant team management experience.
