Admission to the Federal Professional Examination for Solar Installation Project Manager with Federal VET Diploma requires a completed vocational education and training (VET) as a plumber, plumbing fitter Federal VET Diploma, electrician Federal VET Diploma, polyfitter Federal VET Diploma or Federal VET Diploma in waterproofing, Federal VET Diploma in metalworking, Federal VET Diploma in heating installation, Federal VET Diploma in roofing, Federal VET Diploma in facade construction, Federal VET Diploma in scaffolding, Federal VET Diploma in blind installation, Federal VET Diploma in carpentry, Federal VET Diploma in carpentry or an equivalent qualification is required. In addition, at least three years of professional experience in the field of building envelopes or building technology is required, which must not date back more than ten years. The Solarteur® certificate is also required. And all required modules must have been successfully completed by the time of the Federal Professional Examination - the modules must have been completed no more than five years ago.
