In the area of leadership, the course leading to the Federal Diploma of Higher Education (FPE) in Management is the first federally recognized level of further education.

From there, you can work your way up to the top unless you have the necessary stamina and skills.

To be admitted to the Federal Professional Examination, you must fulfill the following conditions:

• Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Federal VET Diploma), vocational, technical or high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of professional experience, including 1 year as a group or team leader

Or

• At least 6 years of professional experience, including 1 year as a group or team leader

And

• Proof of completion of the required modules or certificates of equivalence
