Anyone interested in continuing education, further training in the field of technical support and wishing to take the Federal Professional Examination (FPE) as a technical salesperson must have at least 3 years of vocational education and training (VET) or an equivalent qualification and at least 3 years of professional experience in the technical field after completing their basic training. Or vocational certificate (Federal VET Certificate) and 5 years of professional experience.
