Welche Voraussetzungen müssen Interessenten der Teamcoaching BP erfüllen?

The continuing education, further training in team coaching leading to the Federal Professional Examination for Team Leaders in Social and Socio-Medical Organizations requires the following admission requirements from participants:

• Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Advanced Federal Professional Examination, Advanced Professional Examination or College of Higher Education) or university degree in social or healthcare services
  and at least 2 years of professional experience (at least 60%) in the health or social sector after completing the training

or

• Other Federal VET Diploma or Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) or College of Higher Education or university degree outside the social and healthcare sector
  and at least 4 years of professional experience (at least 60%) in the health or social sector as well as proof of the required industry knowledge

In addition, the following conditions apply:

• At least 1 year of management experience in the health or social sector
• Required module qualifications or certificates of equivalence
