What does a product manager do?
As a product manager, you can work in a wide variety of companies where you are responsible for a department or product line. Product managers recognize the market potential and always keep an eye on competitor activities in order to remain competitive.
In Product Management, Product Managers are responsible for the development and implementation of a suitable product strategy and deal in detail with the value proposition and pricing policy. You know the needs of the market and develop new products and services on this basis, which you bring to market and monitor. In collaboration with the individual specialists, you will plan and implement all necessary promotional and advertising measures for the individual products or product lines. Sales policy and the monitoring of controlling also usually fall within the remit of the product manager.
