A manager who takes care of personnel management tasks can do so in these positions:
- Supervisor (manager of a person or staff unit)
- Group leader
- Team leader
- Specialist manager (manager without disciplinary authority)
- Head of department
A manager, on the other hand, has other skills than leadership skills - these are management skills.
