What skills does the usability and user experience course teach?
The certificate course familiarizes participants with the concepts and terms of usability and user experience (UX), usability engineering and psychological approaches. They learn how to develop and design customer and user-centered development projects, analyze and present the user context, collect and define user requirements, incorporate user interface design, apply methods for evaluation and usability testing and embed UX engineering processes.
