As supporters of managers, HR specialists in operational HRM are responsible for human capital management throughout the entire employee cycle. This includes the processes of recruitment and job design as well as assessment and development, remuneration and separation. In public recruitment, they guide and support jobseekers during the consulting and support process, always taking into account the AVIG and company human resource management. In private recruitment, they support their clients in the recruitment of personnel resources with permanent and temporary positions and are responsible for the management of temporary employees and their own company unit.
